Nate Salter of Nates Customer Concrete presented himself originally in 2023 as a reputable contractor with lots of experiences and was eager to share all the pics of his previous jobs.  3 years and nearly $50,000 later I still don't have a finished patio and am sitting with nearly $40,000 in damages with court case pending.  In hindsight, a lot of red flags.  No website, address, or registration with Better Business Bureau, and multiple court cases in the past with judgements against him.  Nate is knowledgeable and has done good work in the past but don't let that foot you!  He doesn't know how to run a business, hires inexperienced people and leaves his customers holding the bag instead of making it right!  


After our patio was completed in 2023 and paid for in full it was turned out to never have been sealed properly which we discovered after the first winter.  Nate acknowledged this and after a year of empty promises we found ourselves at end of 2024 desperate to get our patio completed we offered another $4k to cover expenses and get a commitment for early 2025.  Nate took the money, promised us first on schedule and when they did show up I had wished they never did.  Be careful what you ask for!! They power washed the sealer off of our patio and the chemicals they used created massive damages as you can see below.  When we brought it up my wife and I were told to "go fuck yourself"

All the chemicals used to strip the sealer were left in the dog area of our patio and our poor Charlie ate the roller and had to be rushed to ER!!!! Thank God he is alive!!!
